I have heard car rental is expensive in Denmark but we will need to rent as we will be visiting family in different parts of the country...does anyone know if it is less expensive to rent from here in Canada before we go? We only need a car for about 4 days...with much thanks!

I don%26#39;t know if it%26#39;s less expensive but with the big chains - Avis, Budget, Europcar there is one price for people who live in Denmark and one price for people who don%26#39;t.
The lost price is for non-residents.
On the other hand if you are certain you can not do the visits by way of public transport - many manage here - then I think it would be a good idea to get a reservation ahead of time.
Then you can be sure to get the car you want if for instance automatic transmission is important to you.
