SAS carry on baggage

When looking on the SAS website it appears that the carry-on baggage weight limit is 8 kg (17 lbs) Is that correct? So you can%26#39;t really take a carry on bag unless it is only 1/3 full??

Depends on the size of the bag.

As long as it fits the dimensions %26amp; weight restrictions you can carry it on.

Some European airports are very strict in the weight requirements.

If you find out that the weight is 17 lbs will you please post that. What did they state about size? I was planning on taking a 22 on an SAS fight from copenhagen to Paris in a couple of weeks. thanks

If you have only one piece of hand luggage and it fit%26#39;s the dimensions, there%26#39;s a good chance of getting it in the cabin. They very seldom weigh them. And with SAS you don%26#39;t have to present the carry on luggage at check in so the risk is minimal that your carry on luggage will end up as checked in luggage.
