How much is it the cheapest only for the Fjords?
How much is it the cheapest throughout the baltic sea?
Is it worth of seeing the baltic cities or they just look like the same as each other?

Cruise prices are a jungle....
I suggest that you ask about cruises of the Norwegian fjords in the Norway forum.
You may not need a cuise but just a trip.
You might also be able to find some information on this website that is associated with tripadvisor.

They call their forums boards and someone there can hopefully help you decide if going to other cities around the Baltics are worth the expense.
