Best Photo Processing (specifically canvas)?

Hi there

Hoping someone can help me.

I am coming to Denmark for a wedding in a few weeks, and we would like to give the couple a small gift of a voucher to get one or some of their wedding or recent world-holiday photos enlarged and even printed onto canvas.

Can anyone recommend somewhere that does especially good canvas prints, or general photo processing at least. Odense/Fyn would be ideal, however if they do mail-order, that would be fine. Also ordering a gift voucher before I arrive would be handy.
