Scandivia - what should we do in 16 days

Hi there.

Me and my fiancee are spending 16 days in scandinavia. From aug. 24 till

sept. 8. We did some research, and everywhere seems amazing. As we gathered

info, we want to visit every single city, and even move up north. For good!

But as of now, we only have 16 days, not enough to do it all.

That being said, we desperately need help in order to set our priorities

straight. It must be mentioned that we like taking it easy, slow traveling,

eating very well, relaxing, and that we do not care for hiking or extreme

sports.

Bellow is our pre-itinerary. Any help on the number of days or on the

places we should focus, and prioritize or drop will be much appreciated.

Itinerary:

3 days in Copenhagen

2 days in Helsinki (1 in Porvoo or Talim)

2 days in St. Petesburg

3 days in Stockolm

2 days in Oslo

2 days in Bergen

1 day back in Copenhagen

As of now, we have the feeling we will spend too much time traveling, and

little time enjoying the actual cities (even though we intend to travel the

farther distances by plane - Copenhagen - Helsinki/ St Petersburg -

Estocolmo/Bergen - Copenhagen).

Thanks a bunch, and PLEASE help us!!

Cheers,

Valentina

I%26#39;ve only been to Copenhagen, and I think 3+1 days are more than enough. The city is relatively small, and their stores usually don%26#39;t open on weekends. Depending on where you stay, you can walk or take the train to the city center, walk around, and def. take the boat to go around the city. The boat tour lasts about 1-2 hours. We had an expensive lunch in NyHavn, but it was fun and real Dannish food =) But yeah it doesn%26#39;t seem like you are doing way too much from your itinerary.
