Apartments for rent in CPH(House of Colors)

Not sure if this place, that rent out apartments, has been mentioned on here before.

I%26#39;ve noticed that questions regarding this subject, are being asked frequently, here on CPH forum.

Haven%26#39;t seen this place mentioned either, but there has been a wealth of bad reviews of private rentals in Copenhagen.

It%26#39;s true DonThomas, and one can understand why!!!

But it has to be said, that most of the poeple offering this, are indeed genuine poeple.

However there is no question that private accomadation in CPH. can be a dangerzone, and one has to be careful, as there is a minor group outthere that scams poeple, ruiningit all for those honest poeple offering apartments, and offcourse the tourists.

Even reviews here on TA can be misleading in regard to this, as everybody offcourse can %26quot;plant%26quot; a run of positive fake reviews on a bad company.

I%26#39;m sorry I have to give this advice, but don%26#39;t book with a company that You don%26#39;t trust 100%. Best is if You got friends or relatives, whom You trust, that got personal experience with the Co. You use.

ALWAYS be a bit sceptic when dealing with private accomodation, use common sense.

I%26#39;ve stayed at the house of colors, and it was great! Not a scam at all. Our hostess was nice, not bugging us too much, but available if we needed anything. She had bikes that we took each day and it was easy to get from the apartment to the old town.
