Best Time to Dine?

I%26#39;m visiting Copenhagen in late July (in part for the OutGames). I%26#39;ve been looking at restaurants and was wondering what time in the evening the locals typically dine out? On weekends? Weekdays? Is it a late-dinner city (like some in Spain)? Thanks for any help provided.

I was tempted to say that the best time to dine out in Copenhagen is when MissJibba is not dining at the neighbouring table...

No, Copenhagen and Denmark is (unfortunately) nothing like Spain in that aspect. Between 19 and 21 (7 pm to 9 pm) would be when most people start their dinner. 21 would in fact be late. 8%26#39;ish is probably the most normal time to reserve a table at a restaurant here. Many kitchens actually close at 21:30 or 22:00
