Copenhagen%26#39;s Red Light District is in general the area west of the Central Station, specially around Istegade(sp?). Don%26#39;t be put off by this; it%26#39;s a safe area not a pleasant one, but very safe. Have a nice trip in Copenhagen

If You mean like in Amsterdam, then no. But offcourse there is an area with some prostitutes, pornshops and stripjoints, like in any other major city/Capitol.

It%26#39;s the area of Istedgade and it%26#39;s side alleys, which is situated right next to the main train station in CPH. Beware of flashing a lot of cash around, and have a good look at Your bank transactions if using a creditcard in one of those joints.

The Copenhagen RLD is one of the most borring RLD%26#39;s in the world. If it was not because all our Scandinavian neighbours were even more puritan than we are, and have no real RLD%26#39;s, it wouldn%26#39;t be worth visiting for anyone. At least not for the red light part of it.

Perfectly safe. In fact, IMO, nice that there is still somewhere around that doesn%26#39;t look like everything else, and where there are still seedy old bodegas and pubs and people who may not fit in like everyone else.

There are also lots of great cocktail bars there. And restaurants. And you%26#39;ll probably see more designers, architects, journalists, models and art directors than you%26#39;ll see drug addicts or working girls.
