Travel Advice Requested between Copenhagen and Berlin

Husband and I will be in Copenhagen late September for one week, then in the Kalmar region of Sweden for three days via rental car before returning to Copenhagen. We then have four days before we must be in Berlin. We are undecided whether to drive, take the train, or fly between Copenhagen and Berlin. Any suggestions as to means of travel and what there is to see, enjoy, and photograph in that Southern Denmark/Northern Germany area?

Thanks.

I personally enjoy the drive from Copenhagen to Berlin - not for it%26#39;s natural beauty but because it involves a ferry ride and some good German roads.

However it might be cheaper to fly - gas, car rental, ferry tickets and a fee for returning a rental car in a country different from where it was picked up all adds up.

There are some interesting places along the way.

In Denmark - Møens Klint - www.moensklint.dk/default.asp…

In Germany - Rügen - telegraph.co.uk/travel/destinations/europe/g…

Thanks -- we%26#39;ve come to the same conclusion. Have decided to do a bit of a tour around that southern tip of Sweden, a circle in and out of Kalmar. Return rental car to CPH airport, and then fly to Berlin.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond.
