European vaction with teenagers

I am planning to take a European vaction with teenagers around a year from now, and I was looking for some advice. Like to spend about 21 days including flight. Looking to free travel with the euro rail. Like to visit the most places we can to get an great overall experience of Europe. On a budget since having to save for a few years. Any advice?

As many european cpuntry as possible sound exhausting and you won%26#39;t see a thing other than the inside of a train carriage.

What are your interests? Fine art, architechture, beautiful scenery, amusement parks, shopping?

But you should know that a year from now - i.e. late October 2010 nothern Europe has coldish, wetish and sometimes reather depressing weather.

Also - since you mention being on a budget - Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia is an expensive place to visit.
