We are planning a trip for new years to Copenhagen, and I was wondering if there were any ski resorts or facilities around copenhagen or malmo?

Finding snow around Copehagen or Malmö is always an iffy proposition. Usually when it snows at night, the snow will melt by morning. You have to head much further north in Sweden in order to find any ski resorts. Frostavallen Nature Park, about 45 minutes or so northeast (inland) from Malmö is usually the closest place where you MAY find some snow when there is none in Malmö. But certainly no guarantees.

Hi,
There are NO ski resorts in Denmark - we are lucky if we have one day a year when it%26#39;s possible to go skiing - it is a very rare sight.
Not a skiing person myself, but I do know that in winter it is possible to go on a one-day skiing trip in Isaberg in Southern Sweden, see isaberg.com. Due to the global warming and strange weather you might want to check out the snow report before going!
