Can someone let me know , more exactly, what temprature it will be late January in Denmark?
Some one here , in Australia tells me the other day %26quot;Oh, expect -20 %26quot;!!!.................. I have been doing research. I realise it will be cold......but is this true ....-20 ??? :)

You can experience - 20 in January, but not very often. You can also experience + 10. Average temperatures are around +2 in the day time and -3 during the night. There extremes for January are -31 and +12.
Weather in January in quite unpredictable. If the wind is coming from south to west, it will be mild and usually more wet. If the wind is coming from north to east it can be very cold.

In my opinion, the most important aspect about January weather in Denmark (and especially if you%26#39;re from a place that%26#39;s completely different) is the fact that the days will be VERY short and generally dark. There may be a period of several weeks when you don%26#39;t even see the sun (nonstop overcast). Most of the time, around freezing (0 degrees Celsius) and windy, but extreme cold is unusual. Good time to be indoors!
