baggage storage

We will be arriving at the freeport pier on Sunday 13th of Sept. at 8:30am, we can not check in until 1:PM.What can we do with our luggage and how do we

get to town hall for a tour. Iread that there is no

bus 26 on Sundays at this Pier Sounds like there is

not anything there like the other pier.I hate to sit

there for 4 and 1/2 hours to check in. If we had known this we would have booked ahotel a day earlier.

Check with your travel agent - but I am positive that you can leave your luggage at the pier (at least if you are sailing with Royal Caribbian). You are correct that there is no line 26 operating on Sundays - but there is an audio guide doubledecker bus leaving from the pier (costs DKK 120 and takes approx 100 min. - it will allow you to take your luggage with you). Alternatively you can walk to the train station (follow the blue line in the pavement from the pier). Trains leaving every 10 minutes and the trip to the Central Station take approx 10 minutes and costs DKK 21 for a ticket valid to busses and trains for 60 minutes. You will have to buy the ticket from a machine so have either DKK cash or use your creditcard.
