Hi All - We%26#39;re arriving in Copenhagen via the overnight from Koln and were planning on storing luggage in the lockers for the day before grabbing our DFDS overnight to Oslo. Two questions:
How are the lockers at Copenhagen Central, pretty standard?
When I look at the map, it looks like you can take a train to the port, but when I%26#39;ve scanned the forum, it seems like most people suggest Bus 26 - is the bus a better option or can we in fact take the train up to the DFDS port? We%26#39;ll have our 8-month-old with us, so I%26#39;m trying to determine the easiest option, rather than the fastest.
Many thanks!!

The lockers are in the basement area of the Central Station at the back entrance towards the street %26quot;Istedgade%26quot;. To find the back entrance you should head down towards platform 11 and 12 and then you will see the staircase going down and then it is to the left.
You both have lockers there and a manned desk where you can leave it if it is too big to put in a locker.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sat 05.30 - 01.00
Sun 06.00 - 01.00
The DFDS terminal is in Copenhagen Freeport. The rail tracks you may see on a map is for transportation of goods. There is no passenger service.

The bus will get you much closer than the train to Osterport, though the train has more room for luggage. I would take the bus myself, but your mileage may vary.
This is the link to the public transportation journey planner: http://www.rejseplanen.dk/bin/query.exe/en?
In the From girlf, be sure to put Copenhagen Central station in Danish: %26quot;Københavns Hovedbanegård%26quot;.
It%26#39;ll give you all your options, including how long you are walking on each end.
