I%26#39;ll be with 8 friends who are not interested in buying a guided tour from the cruise line. Is there a %26quot;hop-on, hop-off%26quot; bus that offers sightseeing? If so, where can tickets be purchased? We will need to get from the Pier to the boarding point. Any help would be appreciated.
