Copenhagen Questions July 5 Emerald Princess

Three questions please:

Can anyone recommend the best way and price to get from the airport to Princess Cruises at Quay 254? IE train/taxi/bus.. It will be a Sunday so I%26#39;m not sure if the busses are running.

We only have about 5 hours in Copenhagen before our cruise departs, would it be best to leave the luggage at the airport and do a quick hop on hop off tour/canal tour or take the baggage to the cruise and then take a tour. Any suggestions?

Our return is very early so we will need transportation from the port to the airport at about 7 am. Any recommendations? Can it be pre-booked (we can%26#39;t do it with the cruise as it%26#39;s too early)

Many thanks! Susan

Hi Susan,

Trains are running every 10 mins from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station. The trip takes 13 mins and cost DKK 31.50/pp.

At the Central Station there are both luggage lockers and a serviced cloak room.

Tivoli is just next to Central Station:

From Central Station you either take the S-train (DKK 21/pp) to Nordhavn station and walk 1.4 km to the dock or take a taxi to the dock(DKK 120-130).

On your return you can either walk 1.4 km to Nordhavn station and take the S-train to Norreport station where you change to Metro M2 for the airport (DKK 31.50/pp) or take a taxi to the airport (DKK 190-210).

Should not be necessary to pre-book. The taxi drivers in Copenhagen know when cruise ships are docking.

Hans
