Hi,

Do you mean Bredgade?

Use http://www.rejseplanen.dk/ (change to English at the bottom of the page)

From: Bredgade, 1260 (choose house number from the roll-down menu)

To: Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 3, 2100

I see I can get the 1A bus but the ticket system looks awfully confusing can you just buy a ticket when you get on the bus as it says in the english translation that you buy tickets from a shop or station. And what type of ticket do you buy a billet or a klippeport?

Sorry if I sound dumb. I have spare time whilst in Copenhagen and thought going for a quiet sauna at Obrohallen would be quite relaxing or is this a busy venue?

billet = cash ticket you can buy on the bus

klippeport = punch card for 10 trips - you buy the punch cards from shops, petrol stations or train stations.

For travel from Bredgade to Øbro Hallen you need a ticket or punch card for 2 zones.

Is Obro Hallen a good place to go for a steam and sauna. The one%26#39;s in the city centre look extremely busy.

When are you visiting?

The mens sauna-section at Øbro-hallen is closed form now until the end of July.

During the summer I do not think the spa at DGI-byen close to the main railway station will be too busy.

As soon at the weather%26#39;s nice most people in Copenhagen flock to the beaches on Amager, north of Copenhagen or the places where you can swim in the habour.

Few will visit an indoor swimcenter.
