Want to known if they have a bus system from copenhagen to Gedser.

There are no direct buses from Copenhagen to Gedser. Are you going further than Gedser? Berlin maybe?

There is a daily direct train to Gedser that leaves Copenhagen Central Station at 08:03. It takes 2.5 hours to reach Gedser and cost DKK 177.

Other possibilities is train from Copenhagen to Nykobing F and then a bus (39 %26amp; 43) to Gedser.

I was looking all around for information, sometimes in Danish and it is difficult. We will be in Copenhagen in July and after we are going to Rostock, Germany to rent a car so we need the train to Gedser and after the ferry to Rostock.
