Rail Station to The Square Hotel, Copenhagen

Understand our hotel is a short walk from the Central Station.

Appreciate some walking directions please from the Station, to avoid going in the wrong direction.

Very easy! It%26#39;s about 500 metres, so not too far (assuming you don%26#39;t have a whole lot of luggage!). When you exit the Central Train Station, and there are a couple of exits, make sure you%26#39;re on Vesterbrogade, which a major street. Turn right (assuming you exit onto Vesterbrogade), and do NOT cross Vesterbrogade. After you cross the first cross street(Bernstorffsgade) you will have Tivoli Amusement Park on your right (and you will be passing the main entrance). After a few hundred metres you%26#39;ll get to Rådhuspladsen (City Hall Square). Cross the street (H.C. Andersens Blvd - another very busy street) and the hotel will be at the opposite side of the large square. City Hall, a large and imposing building, will be on your right.

Also, when standing outside the central station, just ask someone for directions. I guarantee that most poeple(98%) will know the way to Rådhuspladsen(City Hall Square), even tourists who%26#39;ve been here for a couple of days will know that.

Once You get to Rådhuspladsen(RP) You can see the Hotelsign - allthough there are LOTS of signs there, it should be a piece of cake to spot it.

You can also take busses from centralstation to RP - You can use the ticket from train/metro for that - it takes about 3 minutes.

You can take eg. bus 2a, 5a, 250S and many more - just be sure that You take one who goes in direction of the RP (ask busdriver). If You have lots of luggage, stay out of the busses in rushhours(approx.7.30-9.30am and 2.30-5.30pm) Outside these times big luggage will be fine - just tell the busdriver that You will get in from the middledoors - it%26#39;s a lot easier with luggage.

The Square - a very attractive hotel by the way - is about 250 meters walk from the Main Train Station. Ask your way to Town Hall Square at the Station and before you know it, you are in the lobby of the hotel - without busroutes, taxi, simply just by walking a few steps - like walking from Richmond Rd to Franklin on Ponsonby Road!

Maybe it feel shorter on a bike, but the distance is 500 m.

Yeah, the 250 m. must me by plane - in a straight line over across Tivoli :)

I would say that it%26#39;s next to impossible to get lost on that one...even without checking this post.
