We have never been to Copenhagen before, but our 3 day stay are mainly a shopping/eating trip.
Where should we stay to get close to all the shops?
(not high end shops).
Any suggestions on a hotel, that is centrally located and not to expensive?
Maby 1000 kr per night per room (we need two rooms).
Any suggestions???
Thanks

Hi,
Maybe Hotel Bethel (http://www.hotel-bethel.dk/) in Nyhavn (near Strøget) will fill your needs.
You can also find hotels here:

Any hotel between Town Hall Square and Kongens Nytorv would be a good base for shopping and eating. For a better Copenhagen %26#39;feel%26#39; I would look more towards Kongens Nytorv area. There are a bunch of reasonably priced (by Copenhagen standards) hotels down behind the Royal Theatre, some of them being Hotel Opera, Hotel Maritime, Best Western City.
